WARRANTY POLICY:
All I-Concepts Optical products are warranted to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for the life of the product and may be returned at no charge.  Note: Just Match-it Polarized Clip-On “LENSES” are not warranted against Scratches.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED – EXCHANGE PROGRAM:
We extend a No-Questions Asked –Exchange Program to help our customer keep inventories in balance and customer product displays current.

Just Match-it Clip-ons and Complete Rx Frames listed as current styles in our most recent Just Match-it Fitting Guide & Complete Rx Frame Catalogs may be exchanged for other current like products. (JM Clips for JM Clips / Frames for Frames).  A Product Exchange Form for your internal and external use is on reverse side. (Make Copies as needed)

RETURN POLICY:
AUTHORIZED APPROVAL AND AN RMA# ISSUED BY I-CONCEPTS OPTICAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT.  All returned products must be in re-saleable condition and returned in original packaging. Too properly process a return for credit a copy of the original packing slip or invoice should be enclosed.  A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, including inventory adjustments, canceled orders, ordering errors and customer trial items without and exchange order.

NOTE: Complete Rx Ophthalmic Frame Only Items (Without Clip-ons) are not returnable for exchange or credit. Upscale Readers, Nose Pads, Temple Tips, Optical Screws, I-Tools, Clear Concept Lens Cleaner and all discontinued product are not eligible for return or exchange.

CLAIMS:
Claims for product damaged in transit or shipment shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt.
